About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Style Board, a service operated by Style Lounge 2 0 LLC ('The Style Lounge'). By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The service
Style Board generates social media captions, images and post schedules for beauty professionals. We do not guarantee specific results, follower growth or revenue increases. Generated content is a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing it before it is published.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate business information when creating an account. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard; changes are handled according to our billing logic and Stripe's proration rules.
Social account connections
When you connect your Instagram or Facebook accounts, you authorize Style Board to publish content on your behalf during the connection period. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account in your dashboard.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of your brand details, uploaded photos and business information. We grant you a license to use the generated content for your own marketing. You may not resell generated content as a content-creation service to third parties without our written permission.
Prohibited use
Do not use Style Board to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, misleading or harmful content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
Limitation of liability
Style Board and Style Lounge 2 0 LLC ('The Style Lounge') are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You may cancel your subscription and delete your data at any time.
