Data Deletion
How to remove your account, content and connected platforms from Style Board, a DBA of Style Lounge 2 0 LLC ('The Style Lounge').
Cancel your subscription
If you are on a paid plan, cancel through the Billing panel in your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal first. This stops future charges immediately.
Disconnect social accounts
Go to your dashboard Connections section and disconnect Instagram or Facebook. This revokes our access to post on your behalf.
Request account deletion
Email support@styleboard.app from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will confirm the request within 48 hours and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
We remove your profile, business details, brand kit, uploaded logos and team photos, generated posts, saved images, scheduled posts and social tokens. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.
Meta data-deletion callback
When you delete your Style Board account through Meta's app dashboard, we receive a notification and process the deletion request automatically using the same timeline above.
