What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up and build your profile: name, email, phone number, business name, location, services, product lines, brand colors and uploaded logos or team photos. We also collect usage data that helps us generate and deliver your weekly content.
How we use your information
Your profile details are used to personalize the captions, images and posts we generate for you. We use your business name, city, booking link and brand voice to make content that sounds like it came from your studio. We do not sell your data or use it to train shared public models.
Social account connections
If you connect Instagram or Facebook accounts, we store only the access tokens and account IDs required to schedule and publish posts on your behalf. You can disconnect an account at any time from your dashboard.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles card data according to PCI-DSS standards.
Data retention
We keep your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your generated content is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then permanently deleted. You can request early deletion by contacting support.
Your choices
You can update or delete your business profile, change your brand kit, disconnect social accounts, cancel your subscription, and request a full export or deletion of your data from your dashboard or by emailing support.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the dashboard is used so we can improve it. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
